This Cancellation Policy applies to all online donations and transactions made through the website nandgramdham.org, operated by Hare Krishna Movement Kota (also registered as Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota for religious purpose donations) — brand name: Nandgram Dham, a registered religious trust at NH-27, Mukundra Vihar, Kota, Rajasthan – 324005, India.
Online donations are processed through CCAvenue, a payment gateway of Infibeam Avenues Ltd., which is a PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-approved payment aggregator.
1. Nature of Our Organisation
Nandgram Dham is operated by Hare Krishna Movement Kota (also registered as Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota for religious purpose donations) — a registered religious trust and NGO. All amounts received through our website are voluntary charitable donations towards spiritual, religious, and social welfare activities. These are not payments for commercial products or services.
2. No Cancellation After Successful Donation
All confirmed and successfully processed donations are final and non-cancellable. Once a donation is confirmed by the payment gateway and a receipt or acknowledgement is issued by Nandgram Dham, cancellation of that donation is not permitted, as the donated amount is immediately allocated towards the selected seva/cause.
Tax Exemption Notice: Donors making donations to Nandgram Dham / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. No 80G certificate will be issued.
3. Cancellation Before Payment Completion
If you abandon or close the payment page before completing the transaction, no amount will be charged to your account. The donation is only confirmed when the payment gateway sends a successful confirmation to our system and you receive an acknowledgement receipt.
If you close the browser mid-payment and are unsure whether the amount was debited, please check your bank statement. If a debit appears without a corresponding confirmation email from us, please contact us immediately using the details below.
4. Recurring / Scheduled Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation or standing instruction through your bank or payment method, you must cancel it directly through your bank or payment provider. Nandgram Dham does not maintain recurring billing mandates on its end. For any such cancellation, please also notify us at info@hkmkota.org.
5. Event Registration Cancellations
For registrations to events or programs organised by Nandgram Dham (e.g., Culture Camp, Heritage Fest, Yatra), cancellation terms are specified individually at the time of registration. In general:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally not eligible for a refund.
- In case of event cancellation by Nandgram Dham, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
6. Failed Transaction — What to Do
If your payment was deducted but the transaction was not confirmed to our system, do not attempt to make the payment again before contacting us. Please write to us at info@hkmkota.org with your transaction ID and bank screenshot so we can investigate and process a refund if applicable.

8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
