RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all transactions made through the website nandgramdham.org, operated by Hare Krishna Movement Kota (also registered as Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota for religious purpose donations) — brand name: Nandgram Dham, a registered religious trust at NH-27, Mukundra Vihar, Kota, Rajasthan – 324005, India.

1. Nature of Our Organisation

Nandgram Dham is operated by Hare Krishna Movement Kota (also registered as Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota for religious purpose donations) — a registered religious trust and charitable organisation (NGO). We do not sell physical products or commercial goods through this website. All amounts received through nandgramdham.org are in the nature of voluntary charitable donations towards our spiritual, religious, and social welfare activities including:

  • Temple construction (Mandir Nirman Seva)
  • Annadana (community food distribution)
  • Gau Seva (cow protection and care)
  • Gita Daan (Bhagavad Gita distribution)
  • Online Puja and Vigrah Seva
  • Cultural and youth programs
  • Other spiritual and community welfare activities

2. No Physical Product Returns

Since we are an NGO/religious trust and do not sell any physical products, the concept of a traditional "product return" does not apply to our organisation. There are no physical goods dispatched against a donation that can be returned for a refund.

Important: Certain sevas may include complementary spiritual items (e.g., prasadam, certificates, sacred items) sent to donors as a token of appreciation. These are complementary and non-commercial in nature, and do not constitute a purchase. Therefore, they cannot be returned for monetary compensation.

3. Donations Are Non-Returnable

All donations made to Nandgram Dham are voluntary contributions towards charitable and religious activities. Once a donation is confirmed and a receipt is issued:

  • The donation amount is non-returnable and non-transferable.
  • The donated amount is immediately allocated towards the specific seva/cause selected by the donor.
  • No "return" of the donated amount is permissible under normal circumstances.

4. Refund for Failed or Erroneous Transactions

While returns are not applicable, we do process refunds in specific situations where:

  • The transaction was debited from your account but not confirmed to our system (failed transaction).
  • A duplicate charge was made for the same transaction due to a technical error.
  • An excess amount was charged due to a system error.

5. Tax Exemption Notice

Donors making contributions to Nandgram Dham / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. No 80G certificate will be issued.
