This website (nandgramdham.org) is owned and operated by Hare Krishna Movement Kota (also registered as Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota for religious purpose donations), a registered religious trust in Rajasthan, India — operating under the brand name Nandgram Dham. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hare Krishna Movement Kota / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota / Nandgram Dham.

Personal Information

We respect your privacy when you visit our website. At our site, we do not collect personally identifiable information unless you provide it to us voluntarily. To access general content of the website you need not register or provide your personal information.

Donations

When you make a donation through our online donation page, we collect your name, mobile number, e-mail address, postal address and zip/postal code. We use this information to acknowledge the receipt of your donation, issue payment receipts, and communicate with you in case of any issue in processing the donation.

We also use this information to communicate in case of any payment issue and to send prasadam where offered. Please note: donations to Nandgram Dham / Hare Krishna Movement Kota / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Life Patron

You can become our life patron by enrolling in one of our life patron schemes. If you are interested, you can send us an enquiry through the contact form. We collect your name, mobile number, email address, and patron scheme preference for subsequent communication with you.

Donor's Personal Data

We retain your personal information that we collect at the time of your online donation as long as it is required for statutory or legal purposes. Tax laws in India may require us to retain donation records (including contact information and contribution level) for a defined period.

We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it is collected. However, you may opt to receive communications related to our temple festivals, events, special offers, and volunteering opportunities.

WhatsApp Subscription

You can subscribe to our WhatsApp Broadcast Group to receive daily messages such as daily Deity darshan, festival announcements, Ekadashi reminders, and inspirational quotes. This service is free and you may unsubscribe at any time. When you subscribe, we collect your name and save it in our contacts list along with your WhatsApp number to send you messages.

Newsletter Subscription

When you subscribe to our email or SMS newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and/or phone number. This data is used solely to send you updates about temple activities, festivals, and spiritual content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any communication.

Event Registration

We conduct spiritual and cultural programs such as Culture Camp, Heritage Fest, and festival events. When you register online, we collect the participant's name, date of birth, gender, contact details, and any other details required to manage the event. This information is used to communicate with participants, issue certificates, and manage event logistics.

Enquiries (Contact Us)

When you send us an enquiry through the 'Contact Us' page, we collect your name, email, phone number, and your message to communicate with you and respond to your questions.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (Analytics)

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyze and evaluate the use and performance of our website in order to improve your online experience. Payment Gateway — CCAvenue

We use CCAvenue (a product of Infibeam Avenues Ltd.) as our payment gateway to process online donations securely. CCAvenue allows you to make payments electronically using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods.

CCAvenue collects and processes your payment-related data including contact details, card/banking details, and transaction details to facilitate online payments. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card or banking credentials. This data is completely managed by CCAvenue as per their own privacy and security policies, and is processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Donation Refund Policy

We follow a reliable refund policy to let our donors feel privileged about their association with us. Transactions successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed to our system will be treated as failed transactions and are eligible for refund post reconciliation. Security

We are committed to ensuring that the information you share with us is secure. In order to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, unlawful processing, or accidental loss, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
